Strawberry Lemonade

You’ll need: 1 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of Agave Nectar, 2 1/2 cups of cold water, the juice of 2 lemons, ice, and extra strawberries for garnish (optional)

Step 1: Take a blender and combine the lemon juice, Agave nectar and 1 1/2 cup of strawberries. Blend these ingredients on high speed for about 2 minutes (or until smooth).

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a pitcher with 2 1/2 cups of cold water. Whisk. Then, refrigerate until chilled to your desired temperature.

Step 3: Serve the strawberry lemonade over ice and garnish your glass with a strawberry on the side.

Fizzy Raspberry Lemonade

You’ll need: 1 (6 oz.) can of frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed), 1 (2 liter) bottle of ginger ale, 24 ounces of frozen raspberries (thawed and undrained), ice, lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Step 1: Pour the raspberries and their juices into a 4-quart saucepan and bring them to a simmer over medium heat. Cook and stir the berries frequently until they have broken apart. This should take between 10 and 15 minutes.

Step 2: Take a fine mesh sieve and strain the berries over a bowl, removing the seeds. Be sure to push down on the berries to extract as much liquid as possible. The result should be about 1 1/2 cups of berry juice.

Step 3: Refrigerate the raspberry juice for about 2 hours, or until chilled.

Step 4: Combine the chilled raspberry juice and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher or bowl. Then, stir in the ginger ale.

Step 5: Serve the fizzy raspberry lemonade in a glass over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

Watermelon Lemonade

You’ll need: 3 cups of lemon juice, 2 cups of sugar, 4 cups of water, ice, and watermelon slices

Step 1: Wash your lemons. Then, slice them in half and use a juicer to juice them.

Step 2: Take a large pitcher and pour in the sugar. Next, strain the lemon juice over the pitcher, removing the pulp and seeds. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 3: Add in the water and stir. Place the mixture into the refrigerator to chill. Simultaneously, spread the watermelon slices out onto a cookie sheet and freeze for about an hour.

Step 4: When the lemonade has chilled, pour yourself a glass and add in the watermelon cubes. If desired, garnish your glass with lemonade slices.
